gbaj Terms & Conditions – Platform User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the gbaj website accessible at gbaj.asia, including all sub-pages, applications, services, and features made available through that domain.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gbaj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the gbaj registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance held within a User's gbaj account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by gbaj to Users under specific promotional terms.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and any other feature offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required of all Users prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions in these terms.

By accessing the gbaj platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for using the gbaj platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the current version of these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the gbaj platform.

Use of the gbaj platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gbaj enforces a strict 21+ policy. Users who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence that gbaj does not hold.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of gbaj, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by gbaj for fraudulent activity, collusion, or a material breach of these terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund of funds.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the gbaj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and a functional email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gbaj bears no liability for communications or payments that fail due to inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gbaj immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the gbaj platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the gbaj platform at all times.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your gbaj account upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. gbaj processes deposits in real time for supported mobile financial services (MFS) including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. gbaj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page, which vary by payment method. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. gbaj reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal that it deems to warrant enhanced due diligence, including withdrawals above ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may be processed on the following business day.

Withdrawal Conditions: Where a deposit has been used to claim a bonus, the full wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be satisfied before any funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in those bonus funds being voided.

gbaj offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all gbaj promotions unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unplayed at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• gbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other Users — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their use within the gbaj platform under the applicable terms.

All casino games available on the gbaj platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. gbaj does not modify or influence the outcome of any game.

By participating in any game on the gbaj platform, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG systems or live dealer procedures that are outside gbaj's direct control.
• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game information panel.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections during a game round — void all affected bets. In the event of a confirmed platform-side error, gbaj will restore affected funds to the User's account at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change.

gbaj reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings where it determines that a game was exploited through technical manipulation, software interference, or any form of cheating.

gbaj offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting is subject to the following general conditions:

• Bets accepted by the gbaj platform are binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the User after acceptance, unless gbaj expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances (such as event postponement or cancellation).
• gbaj reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed on the basis of insider information or match manipulation.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected events. gbaj makes no guarantee of the continued availability of any in-play market during an event, and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport, as published in the gbaj sports betting rules documentation available on the platform.
• All odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds at which the bet will be settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbaj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the gbaj platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, table game, or tournament format available on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process payments in connection with any illegal activity.
• Placing bets using funds that are known or suspected to be derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gbaj staff or other Users through any communication channel.

gbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The User fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• gbaj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• A chargeback or disputed transaction is initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• The User has breached any material provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is terminated due to the User's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the User's own request, and there is no outstanding investigation, verified funds will be returned to the User's registered payment account within the applicable processing timeframe.

All content on the gbaj platform — including but not limited to the gbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of gbaj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gbaj platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the gbaj platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of gbaj.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbaj and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider errors.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to protect their credentials.
• Decisions made by the User based on information displayed on the platform that later proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

gbaj's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbaj collects, stores, and processes User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gbaj uses SSL/TLS encryption on all connections and implements industry-standard data security practices to protect User personal and financial information. gbaj does not sell, rent, or trade User personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit User consent.

gbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, gbaj will make reasonable efforts to notify Users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of last update is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. gbaj will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally through its customer support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the User first notifying gbaj of the issue in writing to [email protected], either party may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

All communications relating to disputes must be submitted in writing to the gbaj support email address. Verbal communications or social media messages will not constitute formal notice of a dispute.
